Key information:

  • Order deadline:  17:00 (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)
  • Order handling:  1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Free Shipping: Free for all orders in mainland United Kingdom.
  • Order transit:  5-8 business days (Monday to Friday)

I ordered, now what!

While you are reading your confirmation email, our guys and girls are already preparing your items for shipping.

Cancelation

Do you have an unexpected event and want to cancel your order? We can certainly do that! Just let us know at info@floscloset.com and make sure to do it before the order is shipped (usually 1-2 days). If you arrive too late, don't panic - you can still return the product, you will just have to cover the return shipping costs.  

Wrong or damaged items

The package has arrived, but something is wrong? This is usually a mistake on our part - we packed the wrong size or a different colour.
Please contact info@floscloset.com within 30 days of receiving the package. Attach photos, your order number and let us know what is wrong.  

Delayed orders:

It takes a maximum of 8 days for your order to arrive (let's do the math just in case, 2 days maximum for handling and 6 days for shipping). In case of delay (and if you are not in the wilderness), wait an additional 3 days and contact us - we will see what happens.
